We are seeking an experienced Architect to join a long-established firm with a strong track record of delivering major projects across the UK.
The role will focus on the construction delivery of a varied portfolio of retail and industrial projects, many of which are approaching or entering the construction phase. You will play a key role from post-planning through to completion, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

The successful candidate will manage the design and construction process, ensuring projects are technically robust, commercially controlled, and delivered safely and efficiently.
Please note that our office is located in Edinburgh and office-based working is essential for this role.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience delivering projects to completion
- Experience acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015
- Good working knowledge of Scottish Building Standards and statutory approvals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft 365
- Minimum 5 years’ experience – post qualification
