Key Responsibilities

  • Work on projects throughout all RIBA work stages, from initial concept through to completion.
  • Develop creative and practical design solutions that meet client objectives and project requirements.
  • Prepare planning, tender and construction drawing packages using Revit.
  • Produce presentation material, technical drawings and project documentation to a high standard.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities throughout the design and construction process.
  • Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations, planning policy and industry standards.
  • Attend design team meetings, client presentations and site inspections as required.
  • Assist in resolving technical and design challenges during project delivery.
  • Support and collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and a consistently high standard of work.

Candidate Requirements

  • ARB-registered Architect (RIBA membership would be advantageous).
  • Experience working within a UK architectural practice following qualification.
  • Proficient in Revit, with experience using it in a live project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning procedures and construction methodologies.
  • Experience delivering projects through a range of RIBA work stages.
  • Excellent design, technical and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
  • Able to manage workloads effectively and work to project deadlines.
  • A proactive team player with the confidence to take ownership of projects when required.
