Architect
Talent Architect Needed – Collaborative & Award-Winning Practice
A highly respected, award-winning architecture practice based in London is seeking to appoint a talented Architect to join its collaborative and design-led team. Specialising in exceptional hospitality and hotel projects across the UK and internationally, the studio is renowned for its thoughtful, high-quality design and technical excellence.
With a supportive studio culture, clear career progression, and a flexible hybrid working model, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architect to grow within a thriving, well-established practice.
The Role
You will contribute to project delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5 (Developed Design to Construction), bringing your expertise to the technical and construction phases of high-profile schemes. This role allows you to:
- Work closely with senior team members
- Take increasing project ownership of deliverables
- Collaborate on studio-wide, international projects

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to RIBA Stages 3–5 (Developed Design to Construction)
- Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinated packages in Revit
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure design intent remains intact through construction phases
- Support project coordination and technical problem-solving on live projects
Key Requirements

- Part 3 qualified Architect, ARB/RIBA registered
- 1–2 years post-qualification experience in architectural practice
- Proven experience in RIBA Stages 3–5 (technical design & delivery)
- Proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach
