Talent Architect Needed – Collaborative & Award-Winning Practice

A highly respected, award-winning architecture practice based in London is seeking to appoint a talented Architect to join its collaborative and design-led team. Specialising in exceptional hospitality and hotel projects across the UK and internationally, the studio is renowned for its thoughtful, high-quality design and technical excellence.

The Role

You will contribute to project delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5 (Developed Design to Construction), bringing your expertise to the technical and construction phases of high-profile schemes. This role allows you to:

  • Work closely with senior team members
  • Take increasing project ownership of deliverables
  • Collaborate on studio-wide, international projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to RIBA Stages 3–5 (Developed Design to Construction)
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinated packages in Revit
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure design intent remains intact through construction phases
  • Support project coordination and technical problem-solving on live projects

  • Part 3 qualified Architect, ARB/RIBA registered
  • 1–2 years post-qualification experience in architectural practice
  • Proven experience in RIBA Stages 3–5 (technical design & delivery)
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach
