Architect
Project Architect – Manchester
We are seeking a Project Architect to join Konker's Manchester studio, a well-known AJ100 firm.
About the Role
The Project Architect will take a lead role in project delivery across a diverse portfolio of work. Based in the bustling Central Manchester location, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the practice whilst developing your skills within a collaborative environment.
The practice spans three offices, with the Manchester studio currently employing 10, and over 75 staff across the entire team.

Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and project delivery across multiple stages
- Oversee project programmes, resources, and client relationships
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and wider design teams
- Ensure full compliance with building regulations and project requirements
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to design reviews and technical development

Salary & Hours
- £39,000 — £45,000 (dependent on experience)
- Full-time position (37 hours/week)
