Architect

About The Role

A leading international architectural practice is seeking a Qualified Architect to join their London studio. The successful candidate will work on major data centre and high-tech commercial projects across Europe, contributing to all stages of design and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently across all RIBA stages with minimal supervision
  • Develop concept designs and present proposals to clients and local planning authorities
  • Lead technical design development, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning policy
  • Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, planning officers, and building control
  • Produce high-quality presentation materials for planning and client submissions
  • Identify and resolve design and technical challenges throughout project delivery
  • Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery in line with project budgets

Candidate Profile

  • ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience delivering large-scale data centre or high-tech commercial projects
  • Strong design sensibility with excellent coordination and client liaison skills
  • Proficient in Revit
  • In-depth knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of French is an advantage)
