Architect
About The Role
A leading international architectural practice is seeking a Qualified Architect to join their London studio. The successful candidate will work on major data centre and high-tech commercial projects across Europe, contributing to all stages of design and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently across all RIBA stages with minimal supervision
- Develop concept designs and present proposals to clients and local planning authorities
- Lead technical design development, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning policy
- Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, planning officers, and building control
- Produce high-quality presentation materials for planning and client submissions
- Identify and resolve design and technical challenges throughout project delivery
- Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery in line with project budgets

Candidate Profile
- ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
- Experience delivering large-scale data centre or high-tech commercial projects
- Strong design sensibility with excellent coordination and client liaison skills
- Proficient in Revit
- In-depth knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is an advantage)
