This global award-winning architectural design practice with a multi-market project approach is urgently seeking an experienced Architect or Senior Assistant to support RIBA 3 on a large-scale UK Mixed Use project initially through to the end of September on an Hourly Contract, with potential extension and/or converting to permanent.

An early adopter of Revit, this practice is delivering an impressive portfolio of large schemes across all RIBA stages responding to Net Zero and Climate Action targets.

Successful Candidates will be joining an established project team tasked with producing RIBA Stage 3 drawings and details at pace, and therefore need to feel confident they can ‘hit the ground running’ with minimal supervision, operating with a high level of competency in Revit to qualify.
Requirements:
- Experienced Architects or Senior Assistants applying must have proven experience of working on medium or large-scale projects in any market sector
- Willing to work in the studio 40 hours and 5 days per week in East London, potentially changing to 4 days and 1 day from home after a bedding-in period

Contract Details:
- Initial 2 Month Contract - 9-6 / 40 hours - 5 days per week in the East London Studio
- PAYE Hourly Rate on White Space payroll £30-£36 Per Hour DoE
