Part 3 Architect – High-End Hospitality & Residential Interiors
Location: Old Street, London
Salary: £45,000pa DOE
Start: ASAP
Our client is an award-winning architectural and interior design practice renowned for delivering exceptional high-end hospitality and residential projects, as well as the sensitive refurbishment, restoration, and adaptation of historic and listed buildings across the UK and internationally. With a design-led approach and an outstanding portfolio of luxury interiors, the studio combines architectural rigour with a meticulous attention to craftsmanship and detail.
Based in the Old Street area of London, the practice is currently seeking a Part 3 qualified Architect to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who enjoys working at the intersection of architecture and interior design, with a particular emphasis on technically complex and highly detailed projects.
The Role:
This position will involve a high level of interior design and interior architecture detailing, taking projects from concept through to technical delivery. You will be working on prestigious hospitality and residential schemes, many of which are located within listed buildings and conservation areas, requiring a thoughtful and informed approach to heritage, materials, and construction.

Responsibilities:
- Producing detailed drawing packages and coordinating technical information across all project stages.
- Leading and contributing to the preparation of tender and construction packages.
- Developing bespoke interior architectural details, including joinery, finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
- Working closely with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers to ensure the highest quality of delivery.
- Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations and relevant planning and conservation requirements.
- Contributing to the successful delivery of projects within listed buildings and conservation areas, balancing contemporary design with the preservation of historic fabric.
- Participating actively in a collaborative studio environment while also managing individual responsibilities with confidence and initiative.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Part 3 qualified Architect with strong post-qualification experience.
- Excellent construction knowledge and technical detailing skills.
- Demonstrable experience producing detailed tender and construction packages.
- Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Proven experience working on high-end hospitality and/or luxury residential interior projects.
- Experience delivering projects within listed buildings and conservation areas is highly desirable.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Vectorworks proficiency preferred.
- Experience preparing or coordinating NBS specifications would be advantageous.
