Job Description
- Designing and developing Java applications in alignment with business requirements
- Leading and mentoring technical teams in Java programming best practices
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand system requirements and design solutions
- Ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of Java-based systems
- Conducting code reviews and performance tuning to optimize application performance
- Researching and recommending innovative technologies and approaches to improve system architecture
