Are you an ARB-registered Architect who enjoys taking complex commercial schemes through technical delivery? You want to work on a large-scale project where your Revit and Rhino skills are genuinely used, not just listed.
About the Practice
This medium to large London studio is recognised for delivering high-quality commercial architecture at scale. The work spans major mixed-use and workplace-led developments, often within dense urban contexts. The culture balances design rigour with technical excellence, with strong collaboration between concept and delivery teams. You will join a well-resourced team with clear leadership and structured project stages.
The Role
You will join an established team working on a large commercial scheme, contributing from RIBA Stage 4 onwards. The role sits within the technical delivery phase, with exposure to coordination, detailing and on-site queries as the project progresses.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
