Project Architect – Commercial New Build Delivery
Location: Manchester Regulation Status: ARB-registered required Project: £50m commercial new build (RIBA Stages 4 & 5)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead RIBA Stage 4–5 delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality construction
- Coordinate technical outputs with multi-disciplinary teams (M&E, structures, etc.)
- Oversee Revit models for detailed drawing packages
- Champ quality and programme progression alongside wider project team
- Support site coordination, resolving technical queries during build
Requirements
- ARB registration required (essential for positioning UK practice standards)
- Proven experience in commercial heritage projects (or parallel industry experience)
- RIBA Stage 4–5 delivery expertise—track record in commercial construction
- Revit proficiency:いけないほどな経験 / deliver precise, coordinated technical packages
- UK-facing experience (preferred)
