Are you an ARB-registered Architect with strong residential experience and excellent Revit skills?

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-quality housing projects within a collaborative studio that values good design, technical rigour and professional growth.

About the Practice

This established architecture practice specialises in residential design, delivering a broad range of projects from bespoke homes and multi-unit developments to larger residential-led schemes. The studio combines thoughtful design with strong technical delivery and has built a reputation for producing well-considered architecture across all project stages.

The Role

As an Architect, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of residential projects across RIBA stages. Working closely with senior team members, you will lead project packages, coordinate information and help ensure the successful delivery of schemes from concept through to construction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to residential projects across multiple RIBA work stages
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings and BIM models in Revit
  • Coordinate information with consultants, contractors and project teams
  • Prepare planning, technical and construction-stage documentations
  • Support project delivery, quality assurance and programme management

Requirements

  • You are ARB-registered and hold relevant architectural qualifications
  • You have proven experience involved in residential architecture projects in the UK
  • You are highly proficient in Revit and confident working within BIM environments
  • You have strong technical detailing and construction knowledge
  • You are organised, communicative and comfortable managing project responsibilities
