Architect

Olney (Office-Based)

Permanent | Full-Time

Salary Dependant on Experience

Rise10 Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established, design-led architectural practice in the search for an experienced Architect to join their growing team in Olney.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative and professional practice that delivers high-quality projects across bespoke new-build homes, private residential developments, commercial schemes, and multi-unit housing projects. The successful candidate will enjoy working within a close-knit office environment where teamwork, innovation, and professional development are highly valued.

This is a fully office-based role. Applicants seeking remote or home-working opportunities will not be suitable for this position.

The Role

As an Architect, you'll play a key role throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to project delivery. Working closely with colleagues, clients, consultants, and contractors, you'll help deliver creative, practical, and technically robust design solutions while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and compliance.

Alongside project work, you'll also contribute to improving internal processes and enhancing both the client journey and collaboration across teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
