Job Title: Architect

Location: Lancashire

Salary: GBP 36,46,000 DOE

Also considering experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistants and Technologists with relevant experience

Daily Duties

  • Design and develop architectural solutions from concept through to completion.
  • Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Deliver projects across all RIBA work stages.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Attend design meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
  • Prepare planning and building regulation submissions.
  • Ensure projects comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Coordinate project information using BIM and digital design tools.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of predominantly healthcare projects across the UK.
  • Support the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and client-focused design solutions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Architect with relevant UK industry experience.
  • ARB registered (RIBA Chartered desirable)
  • Experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Proficient in Revit and other industry-standard design software.
  • Strong technical detailing and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage workload effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality architecture.
  • Healthcare sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Motivated to contribute to a growing practice with an exciting pipeline of projects.
