About TODD Architects

Our mission

TODD Architects is a client-focused, multi award-winning practice with studios in Belfast, London, Dublin, and Manchester.

We’re a dynamic and collaborative cross-regional practice. As early adopters of BIM, we have UKAS-accredited BIM certification and embrace progressive workflows across all our projects.


Key Areas of Responsibility

Due to continued project successes across the practice, we are looking to appoint qualified Architects to work on a diverse range of projects across Ireland and the UK, joining our team based in the Dublin studio.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects spanning a variety of sectors and stages, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality architectural designs across various project stages
  • Lead and contribute to design teams on diverse projects
  • Prepare and manage planning and tender packages
  • conduct contract administration with a preference for experience with Public Works Contracts
  • Support health sector projects (preferable but not essential)
  • Utilise BIM workflows for efficient design and documentation
  • Present solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • RIAI (Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland) registration, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of building regulations
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience delivering planning and tender packages
  • Contract administration role, with preference for Public Works Contracts experience
  • Preferable (but not essential) health sector experience
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage project execution independently and collaboratively
