A well-established architectural practice is looking for an experienced Project Architect, Architect or Architectural Technician to join its team on an initial contract basis.

This is a fully remote opportunity to support the technical delivery of complex High-Risk Residential Buildings (HRBs) as projects progress from RIBA Stage 3 into Stage 4, with a particular focus on Gateway 2 submissions and Building Safety Act compliance.

You would be joining an experienced technical team working on large-scale residential developments across the UK, playing a key role in coordinating technical information, producing compliant drawing packages and supporting the delivery of major schemes through one of the most critical stages of the design process.

This role would suit someone with a strong technical background who understands the requirements of HRB projects and can confidently work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment from a fully remote location. This role is outside IR35.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
