Architect - Healthcare

Glasgow | £40,000–£50,000 DOE | Revit

Confero Recruitment Group is partnering with a Glasgow studio known for delivering complex, safety-critical environments across the UK and internationally. Their work spans acute healthcare, mental health facilities, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and high-performance public buildings all designed with the precision, clarity and technical rigour these environments demand. This is an opportunity to join a team that blends clinical insight, evidence-based design and robust technical delivery, producing buildings that genuinely improve patient outcomes, staff wellbeing and long-term operational efficiency.

Why this role is different

  • Sector-leading healthcare expertise. The studio is trusted on major hospital redevelopments, specialist treatment centres, mental health facilities, and complex refurbishment programmes.
  • Interdisciplinary delivery model where architects work closely with in-house engineers, planners, interior designers and clinical specialists, creating fully integrated solutions rather than siloed packages.
  • Real-world impact where every project is tied to measurable improvements in patient flow, infection control, accessibility, sustainability and clinical performance.
  • A global knowledge base where the Glasgow team benefits from shared standards, research, and best practice developed across multiple international healthcare projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
