Architect (Hotels)
Architect Wanted for Luxury Hotel Projects – Stage 3 Onwards – London
We are working with a leading architecture practice in London who are looking for a talented Architect to join their growing team.
The Role
- Job title: Senior Architect (Stage 3-post-qualification onwards)
- Experience required: ARB or RIBA registered Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience
- Primary focus: Luxury hotel projects, specifically in technical design (Stage 3) and delivery stages
- Technical skills: Strong proficiency in Revit is essential
- Collaboration: Work within a multi-disciplinary team on high-profile, design-driven schemes

What We’re Looking For
- Qualification: ARB or RIBA Part III registered
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification
- Project specialisation: Proven track record in hospitality, luxury hotels, or upscale residential
- Technical delivery: Strong experience in execution, coordination, and project delivery
- Technical competence: High-level Revit experience (modelling, detailing, and BIM collaboration)
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
