Technical Architect / Revit Tech - International Retail Development | Outside IR35 | 3-Month Contract

Most freelance roles ask you to pick up someone else's drawing package.
This isn't one of them.
We're supporting one of London's most exciting emerging architecture practices as they deliver an ambitious international retail destination currently progressing through Schematic Design.
Think sculpted stone façades.
Large-format skylights.
Bespoke architectural components.
A project where the detailing isn't simply lifted from a standard library… it needs to be designed, coordinated and resolved.
This is exactly where you will come in.
The Opportunity
You will join a collaborative project team working on the delivery of a landmark international shopping destination, helping develop the technical detail packages that will ultimately shape the built outcome.
Working closely with the Project Leader, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating bespoke Revit detail packages, resolving technical interfaces and supporting consultant coordination as the project moves through SD.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
