Architect – Team Member at Brocklehurst Architects
Location: Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire
About the Role
Brocklehurst Architects is a well-established practice delivering a diverse portfolio of residential, education, and commercial projects. We’re seeking an Architect to join our growing team as part of end-to-end project delivery—from early-stage design through to technical approval and completion.
You’ll collaborate closely with clients and the design team, applying expertise across the full range of RIBA work stages for a dynamic workload spanning new builds, refinements, and bespoke solutions.
Your Responsibilities
•undertake technical design and planning, including navigating current building regulations and construction standards •apply strong design skills while expertly selecting materials to meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainable criteria •manage digital workflows proficiently in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office •engage with project delivery—from concept exploration to completion—that meets client expectations and regulatory compliance •adopt a proactive, curious approach to problem-solving in the studio environment

About You
Ideal candidates will have: ✔ proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (kih to technical design, RIBA stages, and building standards) ✔ vogt experience in aesthetics, material selection, and structural feasibility ✔ expertise spanning residential, education, or commercial project streams ✔ an enthusiatic, hands-on attitude with pride in solving design and technical challenges
