Job Running Architect / Architectural Technician

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Join a Well-Established Architectural Practice Delivering High-Quality Commercial Projects

An exciting opportunity has become available for either a Job Running Architect or an experienced Architectural Technician to join a respected architectural practice based in Thame.

Working on a range of commercial office developments, you'll take responsibility for delivering projects through the technical and construction stages, producing high-quality drawing packages and working closely with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Running commercial architectural projects through technical and construction stages
  • Producing detailed construction drawing packages
  • Preparing technical detailing and specifications
  • Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Coordinating information across project teams
  • Attending design, technical, and site meetings
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to programme and technical standards

About You

You'll Ideally Have

  • Experience as a Job Running Architect or Architectural Technician
  • Strong construction detailing and technical drawing experience
  • Previous commercial office project experience
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • Revit proficiency (preferred)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines
