Architect or Architectural Technologist
Join Our Growing Team
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our practice and play a key role in delivering projects from concept through to completion. This is an opportunity for an ambitious professional who combines strong technical expertise with creative thinking, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to project delivery. You will work closely with senior members of the team while taking ownership of key project responsibilities and helping to shape high-quality architectural solutions for our clients.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from individuals who bring:
- Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages, from early design through to completion on site.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to produce detailed drawing packages and technical information.
- A thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations, British Standards, planning processes, and statutory requirements.
- Confidence coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine interest in sustainable and environmentally responsible design.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of balancing design aspirations with programme and budget requirements.
- The confidence to take ownership of responsibilities while remaining collaborative and supportive within a team environment.

Technical Skills & Experience
Candidates should demonstrate:
- ARB/RIBA qualification or CIAT accreditation.
- Experience working within a UK architectural practice.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience producing technical design packages, construction information, and planning submissions.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or equivalent visualisation software.
- Experience attending site inspections, resolving construction-related issues, and supporting successful project delivery.
- The ability to contribute both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
