About The Role

Our client, a progressive and purpose-driven architectural practice with a strong commitment to people, planet, and purpose, is seeking a talented Architect to join their Bristol studio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of diverse, nationally significant projects while developing your career within a supportive, employee-owned environment. The role offers exposure to all RIBA stages and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring design quality and technical compliance.
  • Provide professional guidance to design and construction teams.
  • Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, building strong client and consultant relationships.
  • Prepare drawings, design submissions, technical information, reports, and specifications.
  • Present design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage workload across multiple projects.

Key Requirements

  • ARB-registered Architect (RIBA Part 3)
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in design and delivery-focused practice.
  • Strong Revit and Enscape skills (Photoshop and InDesign desirable).
  • Demonstrated portfolio across a variety of project stages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for creating purposeful, people-focused places.
