Architect | Rising Design Studio
Architect – International Projects | Revit | Design-Led Studio | Greater Ownership
You may already be working on international projects.
But are you close enough to the decisions?
Close enough to the client conversations, consultant coordination, technical direction and project momentum?
Or are you one layer removed—contributing to major work, but without the ownership to match your capability?
Grõ Careers is partnering with a fast-growing, design-led London architecture studio looking for a technically strong Architect to take a key role across international projects from Schematic Design onwards.
This is a progressive opportunity for someone who wants to step out of a larger corporate structure and into a medium-sized studio where responsibility comes earlier, contribution is more visible, and capable people are trusted to move projects forward.
The Opportunity
You will be leading the technical development of multi-million-pound overseas projects, helping translate strong design intent into coordinated, buildable architectural information.
This is not a purely production-led role.
The studio needs someone who can:
- Think technically
- Work confidently in Revit
- Understand project rhythm and deliverables
- Take ownership of the technical direction around complex design-led work
You will be close to the client, close to the directors, and close to the decisions.
Why This Is Different
Studio Background
- A fast-growing, design-led studio on an upward trajectory, regularly profiled in leading architectural publications.
- Young in feel, but increasingly serious in project scale.
- High-level talent—team includes architects from globally recognised practices, bringing ambition, technical excellence, and agile energy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
