The Role
We are recruiting a Talented Architect to join our expanding London team, with responsibilities spanning design and delivery.

- Contribute to projects across all RIBA stages
- Develop and refine design proposals aligned with project direction
- Produce and manage detailed drawing packages (coordinating both graphical and technical aspects)
- Support consultant coordination and project delivery processes
- Participate in internal reviews and project presentations
- Maintain design quality throughout the project lifecycle
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working on large-scale/complex projects
- Strong mastery of both design and technical approaches
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK Building Regulations & construction detailing expertise
- Familiarity developing detailed specifications
- Essential software competencies:
- Revit (proficient user required)
- Adobe Creative Suite (graphic/design elements)
- Sticky-note-worthy soft skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills (e.g., articulating complex ideas clearly)
- Collaboration focus: Ability to integrate effectively within project teams
- Attitude & approach:
- Ambitious, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Employability:
- Right to work in the UK (currently no sponsorship available)
