About The Role
This role is designed for a skilled Architect / Technologist who will contribute to the successful delivery of architectural projects. You will engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met while adhering to UK planning and building regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients and design team consultants to gather requirements and provide expert advice
- Develop architectural designs that reflect client needs and comply with regulations
- Manage project timelines and ensure delivery within agreed cost and resource constraints
- Conduct thorough reviews of design details to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in all stages of architectural work
- Strong capability in design, with attention to detail and a practical problem-solving approach
- Demonstrated ability to navigate UK planning, building regulations, and construction types
- Good knowledge of building contracts and traditional architectural concepts
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
