If you've forgotten what it feels like to actually care about your work, we'd like to remind you.

About MOJO Architects

MOJO Architects is headed up by Sean and Dave and is currently a four-person studio in Leigh where you’ll do the kind of work that exposes you to more.

The projects change and so do the challenges.

You’ll be in the thick of it: briefing, concept, coordination, detail, and building relationships with clients. In a bigger practice, you can wait years to get hands-on exposure like this. Here, you’ll get it because there’s nowhere to hide (in the best way).

You’ll be in the room when decisions are made, you’ll see why they’re made, and you’ll learn how they land on site.

This is a smaller practice that punches above its weight when it comes to scheme size and type.

You’ll enjoy coming in every day

You’ll enjoy it here without the pressure of feeling like you can’t leave at 5pm or worrying about being roasted for a mistake. Hopefully, you’ll feel that weight lifted from your shoulders very quickly.

The Leigh studio is bright, relaxed, and informal. It’s social without being forced. There’s proper conversation about design, shared ambition to produce thoughtful work, and there’s lots of opportunities for socialising after work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

No layers between you and the decisions

You’ll be supported directly by Sean and Dave every day. They’re creative, driven, and straight-talking. You’ll bounce ideas around the table, sketch through design problems together, and learn through hands-on exposure. No hierarchy. Just open discussion, proper collaboration, and a relaxed place to work.

You’ll build a variety of experience across a mix of commercial and public sector with enough variety built into the schemes that you’ll get to lead more and more of it as you develop and won’t be pigeonholed into one area.

You won’t just draw it, you’ll own the conversations

You’ll meet and build relationships with clients properly – meaning you won’t be hidden behind a senior associate. In fact, you could be that Associate in a few years from now.

You’ll always be developing your skills for bigger and more interesting projects - without any internal competition or politics.
