Are you a dynamic designer with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you looking to gain experience across a range of international projects? Benoy’s Architecture team is seeking creative and experienced Architects and Architectural Designers.

As an Architect you manage mid-scale, or aspects of large-scale architectural projects in the mixed-use, commercial, residential and retail projects through all aspects of design and development.  

What we’re looking for

  • Are you a talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases creativity and innovation skills? 
  • Do you have a minimum of two years of international project experience? 
  • Do you have experience of successfully delivering medium-large scale international projects? 
  • Do you have good hand-sketching skills to convey your design ideas and concepts? 
  • Are you able to work collaboratively, or with autonomy as required? 
  • Are you a strong communicator, you effectively engage internal and external stakeholders? 
  • Do you have excellent 3D modelling skills and are proficient in Rhino and SketchUp? 
  • Are you degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification? Professional registration is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Expertise 

  • Deliver high quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking. 
  • Project Delivery.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development. 
  • Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and/or design skills. 
  • Manage third parties according to the parameters of the project.

Team Membership 

  • Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities. 
  • Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback. 
  • Client Relationships. 
  • Respond positively towards clients and consultants. 
  • Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required. 

Budget Control 

  • Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials.
