Job Title: Architectural Professional

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: GBP28,400 DOE

Experienced Architectural Assistants, Technicians, Technologists and Architects are being considered

About The Company

An established and growing design studio is looking to welcome an experienced architectural professional to its collaborative team. Working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, placemaking and interior projects, the practice prides itself on delivering creative, practical design solutions from concept through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with 3-5 years experience in a UK architectural practice who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and design-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality design and technical drawing packages using Vectorworks
  • Assist in the development of projects from concept through to completion
  • Prepare planning, building regulations and construction information
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
  • Attend site visits, surveys, and project meetings
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
  • Support senior team members in the delivery of multiple live projects
  • Contribute creative ideas and technical solutions throughout the design process

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years experience within a UK-based architectural practice
  • Applications welcomed from Architectural Assistants, Architectural Technicians, Architectural Technologists or Architects
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks would be advantageous, but training can be provided
  • Experience producing planning, tender and construction drawing packages
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to manage workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality design work
