Architectural Assistant / Interior Architect
This is an opportunity for a talented Architectural Assistant / Interior Architect to join a London-based (prime) residential developer with a strong reputation for creating beautifully considered homes and living environments. Working as part of a collaborative team of architects, interior designers, and development professionals, you'll play an important role in shaping the interiors of high-quality residential projects from the earliest concept stages through to detailed design development.
The role position sits at the heart of the creative process, with a particular emphasis on interior architecture/design, concept development, 3D modelling, visualisation, and design development. The team is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys exploring design directions, and bringing spaces to life through thoughtful modelling, rendering, and material development.
A typical day would be to develop interior concepts, create compelling visualisations, and contribute to the design of apartments, amenity spaces, bespoke joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, and residential interiors throughout the project lifecycle. This role would suit someone who is passionate about residential design, enjoys working in a highly creative environment, and has a strong appreciation for both design quality and how great ideas are translated into reality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
