Graduate Planning Administrator (Architecture) £26,000 – £32,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits + Early Finish Friday
Location Weston-Super-Mare
Do you have an interest in planning policy and applications with a background using AutoCAD looking for a varied autonomous role within a small, close-knit, family-run company who are known for valuing their employees and investing in their technical development through mentorship and progression opportunities?
Do you want to join a varied practice that covers a wide range of:
- Properties (new builds, conversions, and commercial buildings)

About the Company A small, family-run architectural practice offering a wide variety of projects, including:
- High-quality plans and initial consultations
- End-to-end project design and completion
- Residential and commercial building projects
The Role In this position, you’ll receive support and training to develop within the planning function. Duties include:
- Assisting in all aspects of the architecture work:
- Reviewing planning policy
- Drawing up applications
- Liaising with planners
- Designing and working on technical drawing concepts using AutoCAD
- Shadowing the planning and building survey process
- Dealing with the lifecycle of projects
Requirements
- Interest in planning policy and applications
- Background in AutoCAD
- Locally commutable to Weston-Super-Mare
