Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who offer multidisciplined services to the residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architectural Technician to join their Coventry studio.

Duties For The Role Of Architectural Technician Include
- Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills And Experience For The Role Of Architectural Technician
- Relevant degree within architectural technology
- Strong post qualification as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Experience managing projects across various sectors
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent technical detailing skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Coventry area
