About the Role
I am working with an architecture and planning firm to find their next Architectural Technician*.* Working with all the major residential developers, they deliver projects across the South East on medium to large scale projects.
This is an AutoCAD and Revit-using firm—proficiency in these is preferred.
Requirements
If you're an Architectural Technician looking for a change, here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience working on *large-scale residential developments—a plus, as it would allow you to transition into the role seamlessly.
- A portfolio showcasing:
- Detailing packages
- Technical drawings
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a small-medium-sized team.
- Fast-paced architectural practice experience.
- Daily office attendance in Colchester.
