£40,000 - £50,000 + Hybrid / Flexible Working + Early Finish Friday + Progression + Bonus

Darlington

Are you an Architectural Technician or similar with a background in running projects from tender through to completion?

This role would suit an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist, who has previously delivered healthcare, care home, residential, or similar projects.

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established architectural practice delivering a range of projects across the North East. Their work includes healthcare, care homes, student accommodation, residential developments, industrial projects, refurbishments, extensions, and bespoke new-build schemes.

In this role, you will take ownership of projects from tender stage through to completion. You will produce and coordinate technical drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications, while working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring designs meet technical, regulatory, and building standards, as well as reviewing contractor information, resolving technical queries, and supporting project delivery through each stage of the process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
