Role: Architectural Technician
Location: Sheffield
Rate of Pay: £27-£33 per hour
Contract: 12-month contract
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and technically accomplished Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with experience delivering projects from concept through to completion.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- 3 years' experience working as an Architectural Technologist within UK architectural practices.
- Proven experience delivering projects from inception through to construction completion.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Excellent technical drawing and specification-writing skills.
- Strong understanding of planning processes and project management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- BIM implementation and management experience.
- Experience working across residential, education, commercial, mixed-use, and public sector projects.
- Knowledge of SAP calculations and building performance assessment.
- Experience producing visualisations using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
