Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join their growing architectural team based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including large-scale cladding remediation schemes alongside residential, commercial and mixed-use architectural projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality technical information using Revit, working collaboratively with architects, consultants and contractors to deliver compliant, buildable design solutions. This role offers excellent exposure to technically challenging projects and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and collaborative studio environment.

- Produce detailed technical drawings, models and construction information using Revit.
- Assist in the delivery of cladding remediation projects, including the development of compliant façade and external wall solutions.
- Support the design and technical delivery of a variety of architectural projects across multiple sectors.
- Prepare planning, Building Regulations and construction drawing packages.
- Coordinate information with structural, MEP and specialist consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations, relevant standards and project requirements.
- Attend project meetings and assist with site inspections as required.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM standards and project documentation.
- Work collaboratively within project teams to meet programme deadlines while maintaining high technical standards.

Skills & Experience
- Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Experience working within a UK architectural practice.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with the ability to produce accurate BIM models and technical drawing packages.
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
- Experience working on cladding remediation, façade, or technical delivery projects is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of RIBA work stages and construction documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
