Location: Croydon
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP38,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical drawing packages
- Work primarily on residential schemes, from planning through to completion
- Apply strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure efficient project delivery using Revit (essential)

About You
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
- Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally in residential projects
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
- Proficient in Revit
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Based within a commutable distance of Sutton
