This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, RIBA chartered practice operating in residential, commercial, and retail sectors. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Manchester.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver residential projects from inception to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Conduct site visits to ensure technical compliance
- Produce planning, technical, and construction drawings
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Architectural Technology
- Post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK-based practice (desirable: residential-focused)
- Essential: Proficiency in Revit
- Desirable: Experience in cladding and remediation projects
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent technical, design, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Willingness to commute to Manchester frequently
