Our client is one of the South Coast’s leading providers of design led homes who, with an excellent pipeline of new sites coming through, are looking to appoint a new Architectural Technologist to join what is already a high perform Design department.

Key responsibilities:

  • Production of all Site specific working drawing packages
  • Creation and management of standard house types and standard details
  • Creating and maintaining processes on how working drawings are produced
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.

What you’ll have:

  • Experience as an Architectural Technologist either within a Housebuilder or working on large scale housing projects within an Architectural practice.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using ArchiCAD
