Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Ref: BM236

Location: Glasgow

Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who provide a range of expertise to the residential, commercial and defence sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their Glasgow studio.

  • Lead and deliver high profile projects from inception through to completion
  • Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
  • Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build strong working relationships and ensure successful project delivery

Skills And Experience For The Role Of Architectural Technologist

  • Degree within Architectural Technology
  • Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience working on projects across various sectors
  • Job running experience
  • Excellent technical detailing skills
  • Working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK Drivers license
