Location: Northwest, UK (Remote) Working Pattern: 4 days per week (36 hours) Pay: £25-£32 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing technical team, specialising in cladding and remediation projects across High-Rise Buildings (HRBs) and housing developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual who thrives in a solutions-focused environment and is passionate about delivering compliant, high-quality residential schemes.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–4, with a clear focus on technical design, compliance, and remediation strategies.

- Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Leading and supporting projects through RIBA Stages 0–4
- Working on cladding remediation schemes and HRB compliance projects
- Collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
- Ensuring designs align with current building regulations, fire safety standards, and industry guidance
- Supporting project delivery across residential and mixed-use housing developments
About You
- 5+ years proven experience as an Architectural Technologist within the UK
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in cladding, remediation, and residential schemes
- Experience working on High-Rise Buildings (HRBs)
- 5+ years experience using AutoCAD and REVIT
- Comfortable working remotely and self-managing workload
- Access to a powerful PC capable of running architectural software efficiently (software provided).
