Our client is a well-established and growing architectural practice based in Christchurch, Dorset, with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects across the South of England. With a confident pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative and technically focused team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong professional to play a key role in the delivery of a diverse portfolio of residential schemes, ranging from individual private homes through to larger-scale developments.
Your new role
Working closely with the practice's technical and design teams, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating detailed drawing packages, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and technical accuracy. Key responsibilities will include:

- Producing detailed technical and construction drawing packages
- Coordinating project information across design and technical teams
- Ensuring designs meet UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- Resolving technical challenges throughout the design and delivery process
- Collaborating with colleagues, consultants, and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience working on UK residential projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (support can be offered for Revit)
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and technical delivery
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
