Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.
- Develop and coordinate technical design information across all RIBA work stages.
- Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant legislation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate information across multidisciplinary design teams.
- Produce specifications, schedules, and supporting technical documentation.
- Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
- Resolve technical and construction-related queries during project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all work.

Candidate Requirements
- Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Relevant UK architectural practice experience.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
- Experience producing technical packages for planning and construction.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work to project deadlines.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently when required.
- CIAT membership or aspirations towards chartership would be advantageous.
