About the Role

Seeking an Architectural Technologist with strong Revit experience to join their technical design team. You will work on technically demanding projects, supporting the design and delivery of large-scale data centres and industrial buildings from concept to construction. Ideal for professionals with existing data centre or industrial experience—or those eager to build expertise in this high-growth sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and models using Revit
  • Develop coordinated architectural packages across RIBA stages
  • Collaborate closely with:
    • Architects
    • Engineers
    • External specialist consultants
  • Support delivery of technically complex projects
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, technical standards, and project specifications
  • Coordinate with:
    • Structural engineers
    • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineers
    • Other specialist consultants
  • Provide technical and design support during construction phases

Requirements

Essential

✅ Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology (or equivalent) ✅ Advanced Revit proficiency ✅ Experience in technical drawing packages ✔ Experience in data centres, industrial, warehouse, or large-scale commercial projects or strong eagerness to specialise in this sector ✔ Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a project team

Desirable (Bonus)

🔹 Previous data centre or mission-critical project experience 🔹 Knowledge of BIM standards and coordination processes 🔹 Experience throughout design to construction stages 🔹 CIAT membership or pursuit of chartership (CIAT/AssocCIAT)
