£30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits + Hybrid Location: Barnet (commutable to Whetstone)
A growing company is seeking an Architectural Technologist, qualified Part 2 or equivalent, with a strong background in Revit, to join their close-knit team. Key Responsibilities
- Modeling and Design: Creating projects in Revit and AutoCAD across all stages of a building’s lifespan.
- Project Support: Engaging with RIBA Stages 1-4, including technical surveys, conceptual designs, documentation, and BIM coordination.
- Teamwork: Contributing in a small, tight-knit, collaborative team.
Requirements & Ideal Skills
- Qualified Architectural Technologist, Part 2 or equivalent (equivalent qualifications welcome).
- Strong experience using Revit for model development and technical output.
- Ability to commute to Whetstone (hybrid working available).
- Passion for design, accuracy, and bespoke architecture across residential and commercial projects.
