Architectural Technologist / Senior Technologist
About The Role
We are working with an established international design studio celebrated for delivering high-spec residential, hospitality, and mixed-use schemes across the UK and internationally. The studio is now actively seeking a talented Architectural Technologist or technically-minded Architect with 3 – 10 years of experience to join their growing technical team. Candidates with strong Revit proficiency and a focus on design development and construction stages will be highly regarded.
This is a permanent, full-time position within a collaborative and design-led environment, offering exposure to exciting live projects, with an immediate need to support hotel and residential schemes at RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
Candidates must be confident in technical delivery, capable of producing robust detailing packages, and adept at coordinating consultant information. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of prestigious schemes both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate technical drawing packages in Revit (Stage 4/5), but not excluding design development
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to resolve technical queries
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
- Attend coordination meetings and provide ongoing support throughout construction delivery
- Review and integrate sub-consultant information, ensuring technical consistency
- Provide input to post-contract activities including RFIs (Requests For Information), site inspections, and snagging

Key Requirements
- 3 – 10 years’ experience in practice, with demonstrable technical delivery on hotel, residential, or commercial projects
- Strong Revit proficiency is essential; AutoCAD experience is also beneficial
- In-depth knowledge of UK construction methodology and technical detailing
- Comfortable working across Stage 4+ (technical design through delivery), but not excluding final design development
- Experience coordinating consultant teams and managing drawing workflows
- Candidates may be from an architectural or technologist background (ARB, CIAT, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills and confident presenting technical solutions
