Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for providing engineering support to the Project Manager, as well as managing smaller projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting construction programmes
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Procuring subcontract work packages and materials, as well ensuring they meet project timescale
- Set and maintain high standards of workmanship during construction including monitoring of snags and creation of ITP’s
- Liaising with all disciplines to ensure works are accurately completed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a work package manager, project engineer, or related field.
- The ability to establish good working relationships with clients and manage smaller projects independently.
- Expertise in an engineering discipline - Preferably architecturally bias.
- You should currently hold a CSCS card and a minimum of an HNC in a related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments is preferred not essential
- Willingness to travel
- Conversant with CDM regulations
