Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for providing engineering support to the Project Manager, as well as managing smaller projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting construction programmes
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Procuring subcontract work packages and materials, as well ensuring they meet project timescale
  • Set and maintain high standards of workmanship during construction including monitoring of snags and creation of ITP’s
  • Liaising with all disciplines to ensure works are accurately completed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a work package manager, project engineer, or related field.
  • The ability to establish good working relationships with clients and manage smaller projects independently.
  • Expertise in an engineering discipline - Preferably architecturally bias.
  • You should currently hold a CSCS card and a minimum of an HNC in a related field.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments is preferred not essential
  • Willingness to travel
  • Conversant with CDM regulations
