Archivist/ Photoshop Assistant - three month contract in Arts/ Entertainment
Three-Month Contract – Archive Assistant (Archive & Colour Correction)
Salary: £30,000–£34,000 pro-rata (dependent on experience)
Location: Onsite (5 days per week in central London offices) No hybrid working options available. Limitless contract duration: Three months.
This fulfilment role requires a highly-organised, detail-oriented, creative individual with advanced Photoshop and Adobe suite skills to join a small, dedicated team in the entertainment industry.
About the Role
You will spend your time as an Archive Assistant, refining visual materials while ensuring high-quality compliance with brand standards.
Your core responsibilities will revolve around:
- Colour correction of archived artwork photos to match originals.
- Reviewing digital archives to confirm alignment with brand and quality style guidelines.
- Light refinement using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
You may similarly be expected to assist with general office admin as required by your team.

Competencies for this role include:
- Onsite presence (no hybrid working included).
- Essential fluent familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Deep expertise in Pantone colour accuracy and consistency checks.
- Relevant experience in archives, graphic design, publication editorial roles, exhibitions or museum settings will be viewed favourably.

Your Responsibilities
- Reviewing archive photos of artwork for visual integrity.
- Manually improving and refining archived artwork via design software.
- Upholding consistent Pantone colour practices across archives.
- Balancing working city hours Monday–Friday, onsite.
- Flexible support with general office administration duties as needed.

- Proven Photoshop expertise with Illustrator/InDesign experience.
- Knowledge of Pantone colour systems, spotting discrepancies and ensuring consistency.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with an eye for high standard.
- Available immediately, capable of 5-day start.
