Arcus is a UK defence and protective equipment business with in-house manufacturing, supplying non-lethal capability to military and defence customers who need it delivered at pace.
We're hiring a Rapid Capability Commercial Project Manager to find, win and deliver opportunities to supply into environments where speed matters.
This is a sales-focused, project-led role. You'll run each opportunity end-to-end — from first contact through to delivered supply — coordinating our internal mobilisation, product, quality and commercial teams, and drawing in external specialists where needed.

What you'll do
- Identify and win opportunities to supply non-lethal capability across our priority product areas
- Run each opportunity as a project: scope, plan, budget, risk and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to a single schedule and keep things moving at pace
- Build and draw on a network of subject-matter experts across our capability areas
- Build strong relationships with defence and military customers

Who we're looking for
A commercially driven project manager who thrives on speed and ambiguity. You combine commercial hunger with delivery discipline — able to shape and win an opportunity, then coordinate the right people to see it through. A background in defence, protective equipment, or rapid supply into operational environments is an advantage.
Humble, hungry and smart — you create momentum, build trust, and get things delivered.
