We’re looking for a results-driven Area Account Manager to join the Etex Building Performance team. In this field-based role, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers in the commercial sector, ensuring face-to-face engagement and delivering commercial growth in your region. You’ll combine strong technical understanding with commercial acumen, working closely with internal teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs while contributing to our wider strategic goals. What you’ll do: ·         Deliver commercial performance targets across your designated area in line with Etex Building Performance’s market strategy. ·         Represent the full portfolio of EBP brands to new and existing commercial customers. ·         Build and maintain strong face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders across your region. ·         Identify opportunities for growth and actively contribute to the achievement of regional and national sales goals. ·         Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and specification teams to offer integrated solutions. ·         Provide market insights and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and innovation. What you’ll bring: ·         Proven track record in a similar field-based sales role, with experience working independently and remotely. ·         External sales experience within the construction industry, ideally in internal finishes such as drylining, insulation, or related systems.
