Are you an experienced Pharmacy Regional Manager with excellent coaching and commercial skills?
This is a great opportunity to join a positive and supportive team in a varied and interesting role supporting the development and growth of independent pharmacies/pharmacy networks across Birmingham and the Midlands.
Everything you need to know about the role
As Pharmacy Business Mentor you will work with independent pharmacy owners and network leaders, advising on business challenges, offering solutions and services and developing positive relationships.
- Conduct business audits and develop tailored growth plans for members
- Coach and support pharmacy teams to improve performance and profitability
- Monitor KPIs, compliance, and member satisfaction (e.g. mystery shopper feedback)
- Recruit new members and retain existing ones, ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic goals and pharmacy engagement

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- Background in retail pharmacy
- Proven experience in business planning, mentoring, and performance management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Multi-site experience and knowledge of the healthcare market
- Full driving license required; an MBA/similar is a plus
